About Lacqora
Lacqora.com will publish the legal operator, registered address, company and VAT details where applicable, and support email before accepting payments.
Product information
We aim to present artwork, colours, textures, dimensions and materials accurately. Screens, room lighting and physical materials can affect appearance. Raised lacquer is applied to selected details; Copper Finish is a copper-toned decorative panel and is not solid copper.
Orders, prices and delivery
Available variants, total price, taxes, delivery cost and payment methods will be shown before payment. Production and delivery timeframes are estimates unless explicitly confirmed otherwise.
Custom Artwork
By submitting content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use and reproduce it. The format, size, material, frame and total price are selected and confirmed at checkout. After payment, we review the image and agree the highlighted areas and design before production. Custom-product cancellation and return conditions may differ, subject to mandatory consumer law.
Intellectual property
The Lacqora name, original artwork, lacquer patterns, text and brand materials remain protected. Buying an artwork does not transfer copyright or a right to reproduce or commercially exploit the design.
Returns, liability and disputes
Final return rules will appear on the Returns page. Nothing in these terms will exclude rights or liability where doing so would be unlawful. Governing law, courts and mandatory EU consumer wording will be completed after the seller jurisdiction is confirmed.
